Many of us recognise a need for mental health wellbeing and physical health but, how do you manage the chants telling you to sleep more, eat better, drink 2 litres of water, exercise more, manage stress, get happier, on and on when you can barely get out of bed? Even if there was £100 in the garden?

What are the signs?

Seeking help is often the first step towards getting and staying well. However, it can be hard to know how to start or where to turn to. It’s common to feel unsure, and to wonder whether you should try to handle things on your own. It is ALWAYS ok to ask for help – even if you’re not sure you are experiencing a specific mental health problem.

You might want to seek help if you’re:

  • worrying more than usual
  • finding it hard to enjoy your life
  • having thoughts and feelings that are difficult to cope with, which have an impact on your day-to-day life
  • interested to find more support or treatment.

We understand it may be difficult to speak with friends & family, or even a professional at time of need as current waiting times and access to a GP are strained, so we want to make sure you have access to support, and aware of the options.
