To assist the processing of orders and production for trades who order specific wood of many different types. As well as assisting customer orders through their bespoke software and monitoring phone lines, email and stock replenishment.
The role will eventually have a whole business overview as well as this sales and customer service support – here are some of the roles and responsibilities:
Sales – initially processing orders, then will lead to making own sales
Support the trade counters – customer service and support customers face to face
Taking orders
Input data on systems
Support the planning team
Support the warehouse demand
Desired skills
Ideally someone with some work experience
Confident over the phone and face to face customer interaction
Use of Computer-Aided Design software and CAD, so able to understand these images would be a bonus
A passion for building materials
