What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Next Level will work closely with you to complete your Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship. We can hire apprentices at any time and hold regular workshops for those on the course.

These workshops run once every 2 weeks both online and in our academy in Bristol City Centre.

You will get specific 1-2-1 tutoring and regular reviews between you tutor, manager and yourself to ensure you are meeting deadlines and staying on top of your work. Meet the team here to find out more about us!

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Greeting visitors at reception.

HAG Limited are seeking an apprentice to work within the existing customer care and delivery team assisting in the management of customer requests and order requirements from new and existing clients.(e.g. Architect’s, Main contractors, blue chip companies & government agencies.)

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide clear communication with customers and suppliers via telephone and email.
  • Assist in the smooth running of the sales department and manage the workflow.
  • Respond to customer queries
  • Improve product knowledge and fact find customer product requirements
  • Learn skills to calculate and produce sales quotation’s
  • Sales order processing & Purchase Order Processing
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with surveying team

NASA Consulting Limited are looking for an admin apprentice to help out with inbound calls and payroll. Based in Bristol City Centre!

Nasa Group are an established contractor services provider, running both a successful Umbrella Company and Limited Company accountancy services for contractors who operate via our recruitment agency partners.

We are currently looking to recruit into our fast-paced sales team for an inbound consultant. This role is heavy focused on customer service

What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Speaking to new clients over the phone to discuss services and obtain details for registration
  • Managing your own workload to prioritise new business in a busy environment
  • Data entry, inputting new starter information into company CRM
  • Processing details in an accurate and timely way
  • Working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth set up of new clients
  • Speaking to new customers and agency partners to deal with new and on-going queries
  • Supporting the wider team throughout busy periods or absence
  • Producing pay examples for workers, based on HMRC tax system
  • Learning about different elements of employment around contracts, tax, pensions, attachment orders and other things that can affect a worker’s payments
  • Opportunity to move into Account Management looking after designated agency partners as main point of contact

Desired skills and personal qualities

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, and alongside administrative duties there is a strong focus on customer service within the role. A large part of this position is discussing payment illustrations in depth with potential clients covering multiple aspects of the UK tax system, so strong numerical skills would be advantageous.
