Programme Overview
Catered to individuals aged 16–19, our full-time programmes are designed for those looking to:
- Gain a certificate in business administration, customer service or marketing

You’ll also benefit from wrap-around support covering:

Prevent, Safeguarding, EDI, and British Values

Enrichment activities including social media and Canva projects, educational trips and events, extra learning like Microsoft Office, and confidence-boosting sessions.
Programme Details & Support
This 26-week programme runs 3 days per week, face-to-face, at our Bristol, Chippenham, or Birmingham sites.
Subject to eligibility, participants may also receive additional support including:

There are no entry requirements for all of our programmes.

I was out of education, so I joined this course. My confidence level has grown increasingly since the start, now that I know my peers and made new friends, and understand what I am learning and how useful this will be for my future.
Working in small groups, our tutor can really focus on each student, giving them one-on-one attention to tackle any gaps in their English and Maths knowledge. It is a great way to get the help you need! This course helped me as well to understand job applications and how to create a CV and a cover letter.
I would recommend this course if you needed to obtain your maths and English qualifications, it’s a good opportunity to gain these here and you also gain experience on how to deal with customers interactions too.
Initially, what interested me was how flexible and useful this course is. I could gain knowledge in a business field and also improve my functional skills, which I needed.
My confidence and skills have definitely increased as I’ve spoken to different people and learned how important managing time is in an educational or work setting.
I’ve received a lot of support from the tutors and team, which has further helped me with my studies and skills. This programme has prepared me in various ways, such as time management, communication, leadership, and completing coursework.
My advice to anyone thinking of joining is to keep your head down and stay focused.
