£170 per week

This is a business administration level 3 apprenticeship where you role is to assist with the daily running of invoices and accounts.

Basic front of house administration duties including answering all telephone calls, booking meeting rooms and arranging refreshments, greeting clients, archiving, filing.

Duties include:

Raising new job numbers through Sage
Raising new quote numbers through sage
Filing away invoices
Filing away pink invoices
Sending out Initial and Annual subcontractor packs along with Julie
Ordering stationery
Answering the main Lancerscott telephone
Archiving documents and being in charge of the archive list
Updating telephone list
Stamp post and sort out if it’s recorded or before 9am/1pm
Booking meeting rooms
Stamping the post when it comes in and giving post the relevant people
Support Office Manager &amp; Contract/Project Managers
There are physical aspects to this position, like carrying filing boxes between different floors. Please bear this in mind before applying.
