Administration and business practices in the insurance sector leading to a formal qualification as an insurance broker

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed apprentice to help out with all levels of the business including filing, paperwork, and insurance processing.

The majority of our apprentices have worked their way up the ladder, we hire from within first, and encourage training and growth even with our most loyal team members.

We are looking for someone to work with us and for us in the future and someone who will become part of our integral team, are you ambitious?

Your journey would begin with our Business Administration Level 3 NVQ apprenticeship and the possibilities are for higher-level qualifications in whichever specific chosen field will be considered for the right candidate.

We will provide the opportunity to you to become a fully qualified Insurance Broker whose estimated earnings could easily reach 6 figures and potentially £50-£60k within 5 years.

Vacancy description

As an integral part of their chain, your roles will include but are not limited to preparation of quotes, sales processes, data protection, and processing enquiries for the insurance brokers also first point of call for customers, and so on.

Duties will include:

Produce Business documents
Collate and report data
Store and retrieve data information
Work with customers regarding updating the website
Use of spreadsheets
Answer the phone
Manage the diary system
Communication with clients
Continuing professional development

Starting salary £10k-£12k upwards only reviewable after 6 months

Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
