£230 pre week

You would be joining a highly successful, expanding company that provides cutting edge electrical, solar and smart home technologies for new build housing, homeowners and businesses. Our success is very much down to our reputation for providing consistently excellent service that offers unbeatable value for money.
You would become an integral part of our growing team, responsible for organising and carrying out key office systems and processes that underpin our operations. You would establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with site teams and clients that encourage greater engagement.

The role is part time and requires someone to work 30 hours per week Mon-Fri based at our Head Office in Bradley Stoke.

The job

Reporting to a director and supporting the operational team, duties are varied and will include a wide range of regular processes as well as ad hoc projects and initiatives.

Duties will include

Using our business management systems to organise hand over packs for clients, track and order parts, create invoices, process time sheets, prepare documentation and reports
Co-ordinating project extras to include pricing, circulation and scheduling
Sending out tender enquiries/quotations and following up responses
Working with customers and operational teams ie logging and booking in engineer visits, liaising with customers verbally and in writing
Updating of the website and social media platforms.
