This is a receptionist role for a great company who treats their staff really well! You will be implementing company policies, keeping the office updated and organised and overseeing daily running of our engineering programme and staff.
Vacancy description
Answering the phone and dealing with calls to the relevant person.
Post, opening and sending
Organinsing engineers – address, job number, contact details, job description and detail.
Assisting with the planning and organising the service program ordering hire equipment if required.
Working with contractors team to arrange Health and safety, keeping on top of all legislation and regulations, working towards producing the method, risk assessments and COSSH paperwork, toolbox talks paperwork.
CHAS – Health and safety certification/accreditation
Assisting with contracting team to obtain quotes.
Assisting Director with HR &amp; staff files.
Organising and dealing with petty cash.
Managing the company vehicles, MOT, service, insurance, repairs etc.
Working with the finance team to chase aged debt, help to resolve any issues with nonpayers or invoice issues.
Booking appointments/surveys and managing diaries.
Assessment management of PPE and tools, calibration, stationary and company uniforms.
Filing.
Meet and greet.
Tea and coffee
Office equipment maintenance
Meeting Minute taking.
Subcontractor management.
Utilities – gas and electric contracts.
Engineers paperwork, daywork sheets and timesheets.
Stock control – fittings and consumables.
CRM updates to include: Updating – customers address details, contact name and number, equipment with model, s/n, gas council, rating.
