Due to on-going expansion and the recent acquisition of one of our competitors we have a full-time position available for a bright &amp; enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice. You will need to have a good telephone manner, be organized and have good time management skills.
Vacancy description
Supporting the Service Manager with day to day duties
Organisation and scheduling of the engineer’s diary
Call handling &amp; client support covering issues such as
Booking of appointments
Account queries
Technical queries
Management of your own administrative duties
