£163.40 per week

To support the business in its day to day activity:
• Ensuring a high quality service is delivered at all times
• Maximising fulfilment and efficiency through targeted activity
• Being a friendly and professional face (and voice)

Duties include:

Referencing
DBS Checks
Pipeline Activity
Updating and reporting on Trello/Sirenum
Creating and sending client feedback forms
Encouraging responses and collating
Establish and maintain workforce availability
Taking requirements from clients and entering onto company CRM
Supporting workforce planners in fulfilling client requirements
Upselling workforce availability through structured activity with existing and target clients
Compiling handover to support on call staff
Completing client specific candidate profiles
Supporting the quality manager in the delivery of projects and compliancy
Meeting and greeting candidates &amp; clients in a personal and appropriate manner
Maintaining the Learner Management System
