£150.50 per week

We are looking for someone to work alongside our current administrator to help keep the office running, we would like someone who is friendly, passionate, motivated, and hard working to fit into the office. We are all about being a team so finding the right person is key to us as everything else can be taught on the way.

The role will begin with basic shadowing of the admin duties and general learning of what it takes to become an experienced administrator. This role will begin very basic but then progress into a more in-depth role as you become more confident.

• Scanning and Photocopying
• Filing and making up client files
• Keeping office and building tidy
• Making tea and coffee
• Shadowing admin and potentially advisers’ appointments
• Writing and sending letters / Sorting the post
• Sending documents to the lender
• Emailing and calling clients and lenders
• Dealing with daily client queries
• Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls
• Scheduling appointments / Meetings
• Participating in weekly meetings
• Greeting and dealing with customers face to face
• Placing stationary orders / Maintaining supplies
• Effective communication in the team
• Using all appropriate Microsoft programmes, email, and other in-house applications that are used daily.
