We are looking for a responsible individual to perform a variety of tasks and become a valuable member of our admin department. Duties include providing support to our team, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Duties include:
Providing support to our team
Asisting in daily office needs
Managing our company’s general administrative activities
Also responsible for:
Helping with scheduling interviews
Answer phones
Dealing with enquiries/quotes
Invoicing
Maintaining appropriate filing systems
Dealing with GPS systems and reports
You will also be liaising with internal and external customers
The admin assistant will also handle day-to-day tasks in the office, including maintaining office supply levels etc.
