Managing Stress & Motivation

Staying focused and positive during your apprenticeship can be challenging. Here’s how we help you stay motivated and resilient:

  • Set realistic goals and celebrate small achievements.

  • Take regular short breaks to recharge and avoid burnout.

If you ever feel like things are becoming overwhelming or you can’t cope, it’s important to speak to someone you trust. You can reach out to your tutor, our safeguarding lead, or your GP in the first instance.
