Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship
The management apprenticeship we offer is a team leader/supervisor apprenticeship. This is a first-line management role and excellent opportunity for upskilling current staff, increasing employee retention and promoting internal sense of achievement.They provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals. Working in the private, public or third sector and in all sizes of organisation, specific responsibilities will vary, but the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed will be the same whatever the role.
Key responsibilities are likely to include supporting, managing and developing team members, managing projects, planning and monitoring workloads and resources, delivering operational plans, resolving problems, and building relationships internally and externally.
Apprenticeship Level: Level 3 & Level 5
Duration: The apprenticeship will typically take 15 months to complete.
Entry Requirements: There are no minimum requirements for the role as English and Maths functional skills can be provided, they must do so before taking the end-point assessment.

Seminars & Masterclasses
Seminars are mandatory and will be delivered either virtually or face to face in our academy, dependant on the needs and access arrangements for the Learner. Where access and facility is limited, alternative arrangements will be made for the Learner.

Team Leading/Supervisor Apprenticeship Assessment Plan
You will need to demonstrate your skills and knowledge, your assessment plans will be split into 3 stages:
- Month 6 – Checkpoint 1
- Month 9 – Checkpoint 2
- Month 12 – Checkpoint 3
End Point Assessment
Apprentices access End Point Assessment following a gateway
discussion with their employer, tutor and site assessor where
entry requirements are discussed, checked and recorded
including functional skills at the required level.
The End Point Assessment will include the following types of
assessment:
- Presentation with questions and answers
- Professional discussion underpinned by a
portfolio of evidence
