The chancellor Rishi Sunak has extended cash incentives for hiring new apprentices as part of a £500 million jobs support package.
You may be aware but incentives for people looking to hire new apprentices were released as part of a way to give the economy that boost it needed after COVID-19.
As a result to popular demand, Bonuses of £3,000 for every apprentice a business hires ended in September, but Sunak has prolonged the scheme by four months until the end of January.
Apprenticeships are a great way of gaining new skills and experience regardless of your age or previous qualifications. It’s super cost effective, so all of programmes range from fully government funded to only 5% needing to be contributed, which is completely covered within the incentive.
