As a Bristol, UK, based apprenticeship training provider. We specialise in Business Administration apprenticeships, Digital Marketing apprenticeships and Management courses. We are here to give you advice on how to change your permissions on the government website to select Next Level as your Training Provider. The government has released a new system for employers to use when they are selecting a local training provider. The Recruit an Apprentice process has completely changed and this is now achieved through your Digital Account Service.

While prospective learners are searching to find an apprenticeship they often look at the website. This has recently undergone a huge change and now employers have to allow permissions for training providers to advertise.

In order for us to advertise vacancies through the government website, you, as employers need to give us the relevant permissions via your Digital Account Service (DAS) account!

To support, I have added some screenshots below on how you can give us the relevant permissions.

When you log into your apprenticeship DAS, you need to go to ‘Your Training Providers’ under the ‘Apprenticeships’ header

We are under the umbrella of ‘House of Clive’. If they are not showing, you will need to press ‘Add a training provider’

You will need to input our UKPRN which is 10005426, and press continue

You should then be able to view and select us as your apprenticeship provider, and need to go to ‘Change Permissions’:

On this page, you then need to set the permissions to ‘Allow’:

This is the only time you will have to follow this process. Should you have any issues, please let us know by calling the recruitment team on 0117 9221 440 or emailing recruitment@nextlevel-training.co.uk
