40 Years of Excellence - Our Company Journey So Far
Next Level is the Business Development Group of Reflections Training Academy – but our story starts long before our rebrand. Here’s how we’ve grown.
Reflections Salon Division is Born – Our roots go deep into the hair and beauty industry, starting out as a leading name in salons across Bristol and then Birmingham.
Reflections Training Academy Opens Its Doors – We began delivering high-quality apprenticeship training in Hairdressing and Barbering, supporting thousands of learners into creative, and often times award-winning, careers.
Expanding into Business Apprenticeships – We became a subcontractor for KTS Training to deliver Business Admin and Customer Service apprenticeships – taking our first steps into non-vocational programmes.
Resilience & Rebuilding – After KTS entered voluntary liquidation, we stepped up. Reflections continued to support learners under a new arm: Reflections Business Development Training (RBDT).
Introducing Next Level –
RBDT officially rebranded to Next Level, launching our first independent professional programmes in:

Next Level Business Academy Launches – Our brand new Business Academy for 16–19 year olds opened its doors, supporting young people into work with study programmes, work experience and pathways into apprenticeships, quickly expanding from Bristol to Birmingham and Chippenham!
