We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the team. You must be self-motivated and organised, be able to take initiative, be efficient and accurate. Must have experience in customer service, be approachable, polite and patient.


Duties include:

Liaising with customers, staff and suppliers face-to-face, by telephone, text and email.
Main responsibility is to assist the manager and provide general support.
Helping to organise staff rotas.
Uploading photos to social media.
Implementing procedures and admin systems.
Duties include caring for and exercising dogs, customer liaison and office admin. Must be available to work on a flexible basis
