Reception Duties and Business Administration Level 3 NVQ

Vacancy description
To liaise with Management with regards to general building maintenance and housekeeping
To meet and greet customers and clients
Responsible for booking Models for the daily appointments – using marketing initiatives to achieve this updating Model Database.
Manage and update computerised till for all learner and model information
Attending internal meetings and taking minutes, when necessary.
Attending Seminars/Meetings on behalf of Reflections, when necessary.
Assist in the maintenance of filing systems and trainee records.
Assist with any other duties commensurate with the grade and nature of the job role, which may be required.
Ensure all areas are up to standard and fully resourced
Maintenance of all systems in place
Forward planning of appointment database and plan mail shots for future workshops
Publicise to all clients, employers and suppliers the Training Academy close down period and re-opening dates.
